-- GRANDMA MOSES
An interesting week here in sometimes hot, sometimes bone chilling cold Oklahoma. We have been exceptionally busy, which usually makes time go by faster. However, this week seemed to creep by at a snail's pace. I expect the next week to go even slower. Sigh.
Found among the wind burn, the colds, the missed IMs and phone calls and the broken eye glasses were this week's blessings.
1.Tax check was deposited into the bank. Wonder if multiple shopping sprees will speed up time?
2. Jared and Sarah auditioned for the annual Easter Passion Play at the Holy City. Jared was upgraded to a Centurion this year and Sarah is taking his place from last year as a Roman soldier and also as a robber in the parable of the good Samaritan.
3. Several nice long phone conversations with my husband. He's relaxed and rested and in a much better mood since starting the long journey home.
4. Jared's original composition for his music appreciation class. It's very pretty and very relaxing.
5. A video of people getting a "fish pedicure." Best laugh I had all week.
6. A cute dish to put my jewelry in, made by Sarah in her pottery class.
7. New glasses with cute blue frames. I can see again!
8. Jazmyne's awesome assist in the first soccer game of the season.
9. After much unnecessary stress and trauma, it turned out to be quite easy to have Paige removed from the pesky EFMP program.
10. A new Raggedy Ann and Raggedy Andy t-shirt. Too cute!
Praying for....
Kelly's husband Scott
Debbie's Grandson Caleb
Kathy's cousin Binky
Evelyn and Paul, all the children and grandchildren
Melissa
My Darling Husband and his buddies.
