* Rain, rain, rain and more rain!
* Baby Abigale is scheduled to make her entry into the world on November 3. Not as soon as we had thought, but at least we have a date now.
* Halloween costumes have been selected and mostly assembled. Jazmyne is going as a gothic blue fairy. Just need to pick her up a few accessories to go with her dress and make the wings. Amber is going as Dorothy from Wizard of Oz. She is using the dress I made for Jazmyne a few years ago. Need to buy her some ruby slippers.
* Second night of Dancing with the Stars was not nearly as impressive as the first. The guys made a much better impression than the ladies. Kelly Osborne was my pick for the night. She brought something to the floor that the others were lacking.
* Junior High football game was postponed due to thunderstorms. After all that trouble of finding Jazmyne a ride, she ended up not needing one and came home on the bus.
* Love getting nightly phone calls from my Sweetie when he is in the field.
* Jazmyne's science teacher is allowing her to retake the test that he lost. That's one zero off her grades. And I didn't even have to choke anyone.
* Finished watching Primeval season one. Need to buy season two soon.
* I am rather appalled that cursive handwriting is being phased out of public schools.
* So thankful that Mavis was allowed to register for classes and will not be deported.

Phasing out cursive?? Why??
Apparently with so much being done on computers now, the powers that be have decided cursive is a waste of time.
