* My husband came home today. Yea! I get him for a few more weeks before the army takes custody again.
* Today was my grand daughter Haylie's first day of school ever. She loved it, and looked so cute in her uniform with her pink backpack and lunchbox.
* Marshmallow is absolutely thrilled that Ray came home. She has pretty much been hanging on him since he walked in the door.
* The DWTS partners were revealed today. Not sure how I feel about this season's cast, so not sure if I like the pairings or not. Just glad to see that Maks is dancing.
* Ray's Dad called this evening. Ray's Mom is having some more heart problems. Stress test scheduled for Thursday. Praying.
* Jazmyne got a late birthday card in the mail today. It contained cash. She was thrilled.
* Jaz has sold over $100 worth of cookie dough for the choir fundraiser.
* The choir/band teacher is desperate for Jazmyne to join the marching band. She is willing to make all types of concessions in order for that to happen, including letting her play with the band without even being enrolled in the band class. I'm not fond of that option though. Rehearsals for both band and choir are too much considering the length of her school days. She wants to drop choir and switch to band. I am probably going to be ok with that. There is a band meeting tomorrow and we will decide after that.
* Thankfully the band is doing the same fundraiser so Jazmyne won't have to do a second one if she switches.
* Marshmallow has learned to open the kitchen cabinets. She thinks the inside of them is a great place to hide from the dog, take a nap or just play with whatever she finds in there. I am less than impressed with this new trick.
* Honey is also not impressed that her favorite toy keeps disappearing in the middle of a game of tug of war. Of course if my head were the subject of said game, I would try to disappear too.

Glad Ray is home for a bit. :) Yeah Punky are kitty won't leave Chyna's food alone. She attacks Chyna's tail and plays with it. She is literally bounced off Chyna while she is laying down sleeping.
Punky hasn't played with the cabinets yet. Right now her things is playing with the crap that is underneath our bed when we are trying to sleep.
She sleeps under our bed during the day. LOL
