A Good Beginning

So far the new year is looking quite good to me. This past week has provided me with several small moments to savor.

1. Cookie sales are going very well.

2. Mike Huckabee won the Iowa caucuses.

3. Jared's fafsa has been completed and submitted.

4. A new Thomas Kinkade calendar with gorgeous pictures and inspirational quotes.

5. I finished my Dad's personalized calendar in record time (only 3 days into the new year)

6. Beatiful 70* weather that allows me to open the doors and air out the house.

7. Two very cute, family friendly movies..Underdog and Stardust..shared with Ray and the girls.

8. New seasons of Wife Swap and Supernanny.

9. Kris came over and made dinner one night (hot wings) so I didn't have to cook.

10. Paige has decided to go to college in the fall. Her fafsa will be done before the weekend is over.

Special prayers this week are being said for Connie, Carmelita and her children, Chari, Jasi and Christian.

Kudos to Harvie! You are an inspiration!

Welcome to the world Miss Sophie Marie!
